Troop 12
The program of the Boy Scouts of America is designed to empower today's youth to take on the challenges of tomorrow. There are 7 advancement ranks and over 100 merit badges teaching skills in a mentorship covering professional careers, citizenship, the trades, athletics, academics (including STEM fields). In keeping with the basic fundamentals of Scouting, all members of the Troop are trained and certified in first aid, CPR, and AED. Our Troop has a full year camping and outdoor program teaching many outdoor skills through activities including winter cabin camping, climbing, shooting, hiking the Appalachian Trail, whitewater rafting, and our week long resident camp. Campfire cooking is our specialty using Dutch ovens for almost every meal. If you love for your child to experience the outdoors and be involved in the community, there is no better choice than the scouting program. To learn how your child can join simply get in touch with our Scoutmaster or Committee Chair.

Scouts BSA is the traditional Scouting experience where boys and
girls can have their share of adventure in the great outdoors. Develop a
love of service by volunteering in your community, boost your leadership
skills through fun and exciting challenges, and create memories of a
lifetime with no prior Scouting experience required!
For over 100
years, our program has helped create generations of leaders and
outstanding citizens by allowing boys and girls to explore their
interests, serve their communities, and discover their talents through
youth-led activities like hiking, camping, and volunteering!
